1:1 Program

In one-on-one coaching, the process begins with a thorough assessment of the individual’s specific pain condition, medical history, lifestyle factors, and current coping mechanisms. This helps the coach understand the individual’s unique needs and challenges. Here, there’s more opportunity for in-depth exploration of personal issues, the underlying factors contributing to the individual’s challenges, and the ability to collaborate with their healthcare team.

Group Coaching

“Shared joy is double joy; shared sorrow is half sorrow.”

Having access to a supportive community is one of the best ways to improve your overall pain journey and stay committed to your healing process. In addition to offering support groups for individuals living with chronic pain, we also provide a specialized group for caregivers. As one learns, chronic pain is not a solitary traveler and often journeys with one’s family and/or significant others.
